At Andrea Rodman Interiors, we are here to listen to you.  The entire design starts with your vision and your ideas.  Through this foundation we are able to create the details and ideas that formulate the home or space of your dreams. Listening and translating your needs is our mandate and the inspiration for what we do.

We specialize in new construction homes, large scale renovations, show homes and commercial design. For a project assessment for small or large scale renovations there is a $250.00 designer consult / visit fee. During you’re at home consult we will share design ideas with you as well as review possibilities and your vision for the prospective renovation. After the assessment we will then provide you with an estimation of  services for  your renovation. The consultation fee will then be applied to the interior design estimate.

Weather we are running your renovation project or doing the interior design for your new home, we have established relationships with some of the best trades and builders in the industry. We are experts in new construction and large scale renovations.

-Present 3D photo real perspectives and overall design concept
-Permit drawings for renovations (we provide this service in house for condo renovations and existing homes)
-Architectural Interior working drawings for new construction encompassing: electrical and reflected ceiling plans, demolition plans, new floor plans designed to work with -new or existing engineering, detailed custom cabinetry design, sections where required and elevations, finishing plans
-Specification documentation and binder for builder / developer and all trades to work from during the course of the project and to estimate the budget accurately
-Budget tracking
-Custom designed furniture and upholstery as well as sourcing from furniture stores in Canada and abroad if required
-Project management and consultation during construction and planning
-Decorating, furnishing, window treatments and accessories to suite clients needs and personal style
-Can customize to suite clients needs for turn key projects
-Art consulting and custom art work as well as organizing commissioned art work to suit design and décor
