29th AVE

Inspired by the simplicity and understated elegance of Japanese design and maple wood tones, our clients envisioned a home characterized by serenity and functionality, seamlessly woven into a balanced monochromatic palette with subtle black accents. This harmony of contrast extends fluidly throughout the residence, complemented by natural stone and light finishes.

Our mission was to craft a modern, minimalist family haven for our clients' forever home—a new build on Vancouver's West side, designed with a commitment to green building and energy efficiency.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen takes center stage—an embodiment of our clients' culinary passion and a catalyst for shared moments. Conversations flow, friendships flourish, and community is cultivated in this inviting focal point.

The dining room and kitchen effortlessly invite light into the space, harmonizing modern living with Zen-like comfort, reflecting our clients' unique taste.

Beyond aesthetics, the home was tailored to accommodate aging parents through a thoughtfully designed in-law suite. Additionally, it provided a nurturing and child-friendly environment for their two young children to thrive and play. Each chosen material harmonizes with the rhythms of daily life, seamlessly supporting both functionality and play in this welcoming family home.
